The quality of our products starts with careful selection of raw materials. We prefer fresh Italian raw material, grown in the most suitable territories. Transformation and processing processes are respectful of the seasonality of crops and the rest cycles necessary for soil regeneration.

PRODUCTION PROCESSES

We process mainly fresh raw material by processing it within hours of harvesting to best preserve all its organoleptic characteristics and nutritional properties. This is also thanks to the use of modern Industry 4.0 tools and technologies and advanced technological customization of plants, the result of major investments and years of constant research.

THE EXPANSION OF SUPPLY IN THE NAME OF QUALITY

Greci has steadily expanded and diversified its offerings over the years, including through the establishment or acquisition of production entities specializing in new product lines for professional catering.
In 2007 with the construction of a plant for the production of chilled fish specialties, now also frozen: Cadelmar.
More recently through the acquisition of a number of small producers: the Salumificio Squisito in the Bassa Parmense, Greci Bakery in the Veronese region, Antico Pastificio Zaffiri in Lazio.
What the different companies have in common is long production experience and a love of quality and concern for consumer health and safety.

PROCESS CERTIFICATIONS

Quality systems implemented and perfected over time enter every stage of business processes: design, production, traceability, Customer satisfaction. Ensuring consistent quality and product safety is our first goal. The management systems we have adopted have enabled us to achieve, and maintain over the years, the BRCGS Food and IFS Food global standards for food quality and safety, a guarantee for our international partners. In response to the diverse consumption habits and the increasing demands for transparency and inclusiveness in the domestic and international restaurant market, we have obtained Kosher and Halal certifications for some of our products.

The QC mark confirms our commitment to maintaining the very high quality standards of our products while protecting consumer health and respecting the environment.
