Prawn and goji croutons


Ingredients: 4 portions


Cut the bread to make croutons and toast them in the dedicated oven. Then, with the help of a sac-à-poche, stuff with red pesto. In the meantime, sauté the shelled prawns over medium heat in a pan with oil. Salt and pepper. Place one prawn on top of each crouton and serve.
