Bucatini with Tomato and Goji Pesto

Ingredients: 4 portions
- CIPOLLAPRONTA 150
- Bucatini 400
- Pork cheek 80
- Parsley 1
Preparation
Brown the bacon-cut pork cheek in a pan for a few minutes together with the onion (Cipollapronta). In the meantime, cook the pasta in plenty of salted water, drain and put it into a pan. Add the pesto and a little cooking water. Sauté until the pasta is well seasoned.
