Bruschetta with Tomato and Goji Pesto with anchovies

Ingredients: 4 portions
- Extra virgin olive oil 20
- Fresh Basil qualche
- Mozzarella 250
Preparation
Lightly grease the slices of bread and brown them in the dedicated oven. Spread with pesto, add the anchovies, cherry tomatoes, mozzarella. Put it back in the oven until the mozzarella is melted well. Cut the bruschetta into slices, garnish with basil and serve.
