Pizza Venere Cacio & Pepe

Ingredients: 1
- Mozzarella 35 g
- Crispy bacon
- Vene cress
- Pecorino flakes 5 g
Preparation
Blend the "Pecorino Romano PDO" cream with 10 g of water, add the mozzarella and the Harlequin Pepper, then distribute over the pizza. When cooked, cut the pizza into 6 slices and complete with the crispy pancetta, previously microwaved on absorbent paper, the petals of Pecorino and the vene cress leaves.
