Salmon Sashimi with Nori Seaweed

Ingredients: 1 portion

Preparation

Cut the salmon with Nori seaweed into thick slices about half a centimetre thick and arrange on the plate. Decorate with "Pistacchio Verde di Bronte PDO" green pistachio sauce diluted with a little warm water and pearls with "Aceto Balsamico di Modena PGI" balsamic vinegar.
