Small Green Gnocchi on Pecorino Romano Cream

Ingredients: 20 portions
- Cold water for gnocchi 2,7
- Spinach
- Pecorino flakes
Preparation
Prepare the gnocchi with the mix and boiled spinach; cook them in plenty of salted water. Dilute the pecorino Romano cream over heat with a little cooking cream and arrange it on the plate; drain the gnocchi and sauté them in the pan with the cream. Sprinkle with a little harlequin pepper and flakes of pecorino cheese.
