Waffle with Fiordilatte and Parisian Black Cherry Ice Cream


Ingredients: 24 portions

  • milk for waffles 500
  • milk for Dolcefreddo sorbet 1,8


Prepare the waffles by adding 1 litre of milk and 50 g of Vanilla Paste to the Pancake mix.
Allow the mixture to rest for 10 minutes then cook them in the special waffle iron.
Serve the waffles with Fiordilatte soft ice cream prepared with Dolcefreddo and serve with Parisian cherries.
