Mimosa cake


Ingredients: 8 portions

  • Bath
  • Water 130
  • Sugar 70
  • water for bath 130
  • water for sponge cake 250
  • milk for custard 1


Prepare the sponge cake, and bake it in the oven. Cool and cut into 3 discs. Moisten the layers with the previously boiled raspberry filling. Spread the Custard in between the layers. Put cubes of sponge cake on the top layer of cream, pressing them lightly to help them stick. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
