Pancakes with Cocoa Hazelnut Sauce and Fresh Fruit


Ingredients: 24 portions

  • milk for pancakes 500
  • Fresh fruit (kiwi, bananas, strawberries)


Prepare the Pancake as indicated for the product, mixing the mix with milk. Cook on both sides in a previously buttered pan. Before flipping the Pancakes, wait for small bubbles
to form on the surface and they rise slightly.
Serve the pancakes in stacks. Add the Hazelnut and Cocoa Sauce and freshly cut fruit.
