Preparation
Prepare the Pancake as indicated for the product, incorporating milk and cinnamon powder into the mix. Cook on both sides in a previously buttered pan. Before flipping the Pancakes, wait for small bubbles to form on the surface and they rise slightly.
Stack the Pancakes and serve with orange and ginger jam.
