Cocoa Pancakes with Pears and Vanilla Sauce


Ingredients: 24 portions


Prepare the Pancake as indicated for the product, incorporating milk and cocoa into the mix. Mix thoroughly and cook on both sides, in a previously buttered pan. Before flipping the Pancakes, wait for small bubbles to form on the surface and they rise slightly.
Serve the Pancakes in stacks and accompany them with Vanilla Sauce and Williams Pears cut into slices.
