With your PLANETARY MIXER:
Combine the mix with the chilled cream and the Pistachio Paste in the machine. Turn on and let it mix for about 3 minutes.
For the semifreddo:
pour into single-portion silicone moulds and keep at -18° for at least a couple of hours.
For the mousse:
Pour into a piping bag and serve or store in the refrigerator (0° to +4°C).
