Tiramisu flavoured with "Nocciola Piemonte PGI" hazelnut paste

Ingredients: per bag: 24 x 120 g portions
- Fresh cream 1
- Savoyard Biscuits (ladyfinger) 48
- Coffee 28
- Bitter Cocoa 125
Preparation
1) Pour the powder mix into the chilled cream, flavour with "Nocciola Piemonte PGI" Hazelnut Paste and mix;
2) Whip in a planetary mixer at medium speed for 3-4 minutes;
3) Serve by garnishing as desired.
