With your PLANETARY MIXER:
Mix Dolcefreddo Free with the vegetable cream and pistachio paste, blending well. Pour into the planetary mixer, turn on and let it mix for about 3 minutes. Pour the preparation into silicone moulds and store at -18° to obtain an inviting semifreddo, to be enjoyed with the Hazelnut and Cacao Sauce and a crunchy wafer base.
