Sampling of Ice Cream in a Crunchy Wafer Cone




Prepare the three flavours of ice cream by blending the Fiordilatte ice cream base with milk and flavouring with the pastes:
Hazelnut, Pistachio, Vanilla according to the specific dosages.
Put in the machine and begin cooling on ice cream mode.
In the meantime prepare the crunchy wafers
personalising the mix with the three types of crushed nuts to obtain an assortment of flavours.
Bake in the oven and shape them into small baskets immediately after removing them from of the oven. Let them cool completely.
When the three ice creams are ready, serve the assortment of flavours:
propose Pistachio ice cream in the crunchy Pistachio wafer and garnish with chopped pistachios.
Arrange the vanilla ice cream in the almond wafer and garnish with sliced almonds.
Arrange the Hazelnut ice cream in the Hazelnut wafer and garnish with chopped hazelnuts.
