With your PLANETARY MIXER:
Mix Dolcefreddo Fiordilatte with the chilled cream. Turn on the planetary mixer and let it mix for about 3 minutes. Pour the preparation into single-portion moulds and keep at -18° for at least a couple of hours. Complete the semifreddo with a delicious sprinkling of cocoa mixed with vanilla sugar and a small crispy heart drawn on the dessert with the Dark Chocolate Topping
For a fresher version, lay the dessert on a raspberry purée flavoured with a few drops of lemon and garnish with fresh raspberries.
