Fruit Soft Ice


Ingredients: 40 x 100 g portions

  • 1000
  • Water 700g
  • Pineapple Pulp 2000
  • Brown sugar 300g


Example of procedure for pineapple soft ice with the GTT MACHINE:

1) Combine Ideafrutta with fruit according to the amounts for the specific recipes;

2) Blend everything and pour into the machine, adding water;

3) Turn on the GTT and select Soft Ice mode;

4) Wait for the machine to go into REMOVAL mode;

5) Serve as desired with fresh fruit and sauces;

NOTE: For preparations with the SP and GTT sorbet makers, the fruit must always be blended and filtered in order to remove the seeds before being put in the machine.
