Swordfish steak with Rocket Pesto and cherry tomatoes


Ingredients: 4 portions

  • Swordfish steak n°4 da 180 g cad
  • Cream 100
  • White wine 50
  • Salt and pepper q.b.
  • Extra virgin olive oil 50


Brown the swordfish steaks in a non-stick pan over medium heat with a little oil. Add salt and pepper. Once they are roasted on both sides baste with white wine and let it evaporate. Add the cooking cream and rocket pesto and let the sauce thicken.
Serve the swordfish steaks with a little of their sauce and garnish with tomato slices.
