Combine the squacquerone cheese with the rocket pesto and mix until a homogeneous cream is obtained.
Heat the flat bread, cut it into quarters and spread the cheese cream and rocket pesto over it.
Start to make the turrets beginning with a base of flat bread with the spread, add the slices of raw ham, olives and cherry tomatoes. Each turret must be made of three quarter sections of flat bread. Garnish with a tuft of basil and a drizzle with raw oil.
