Pizza Zuccotto


Ingredients: 1 portion


Remove the gluten and lactose-free pizza base from the tray and, in a gluten-free environment, transfer the base into the aluminium pan provided. Top with Mantovana Pumpkin Cream, mozzarella and bacon. Bake for about 5 minutes at 230°C in a traditional oven. With a specific dedicated oven the pizza can be baked directly on the hotplate.
