Spaghetti with Red Pesto, olives and stracciatella cheese

Preparation

Sauté the Tomato and Goji Pesto with the golden cherry tomatoes and olives. Meanwhile, cook the pasta in plenty of salted water. Drain it and sauté it with pesto, adding some cooking water. Plate and garnish with small dollops of stracciatella cheese.
