Gazpacho with dry-cured ham and a hard-boiled egg

Ingredients: 1 portion

  • Fresh yellow and red diced peppers 50
  • Fresh diced salad tomatoes 50
  • Fresh diced cucumbers 30
  • Crunchy degreased raw ham 10
  • Boiled egg 1

Preparation

Remove the excess fat from the ham and cut it finely. Cook it in a microwave at full power or in a pan for 1 minute: it must become crispy. Serve the gazpacho with crispy aged raw ham, boiled egg, peppers, tomatoes and diced cucumbers.
