PREPARATION METHOD

Bring salted water to boil.

Remove from heat and add the cold milk.

Complete with butter or margarine.

Pouring in the potato flakes mix and mix until smooth.

For a richer puree, add cheese.

DILUTION

Dilute the contents of a bag with:
4 lt water + 2.5 lt milk + 36 g salt + 80 g butter
