PREPARATION METHOD
MICROWAVE
Cut off one corner of the bag and
heat in micro. 1000 W – 2 min.
POT
Heat by immersing the bag in hot water. 70° C max – 5 min.
SAUCEPAN
Put the chicken in the sacuepan
and heat. 2-3 min
