Ready-made or semi-prepared, high-service baked goods. Quality ingredients and artisanal production techniques passed down through generations transform simple elements such as flour into products with high added value. The raw materials used are carefully selected: wheat flour or 100% Italian ancient grain flour, sourdough starter, and extra virgin olive oil. No chemical dyes are used in the preparations. The doughs are shaped by hand, from the rolling to the pinning of pizza bases to the ironing of breadsticks, respecting the proper maturation and rising times at controlled temperatures. Offerings range from: refrigerated and frozen pizza bases, traditional handmade breadsticks, pre-cooked frozen sandwiches for stuffing, and pre-cooked frozen sandwiches to make up the bread basket.
